All students who registered for a course
are expected to sit for examination in that course at the time for examination

Exemption from the above shall be on
medical ground and shall be granted on submission of a certificate from the
Director of the University Health Services. For reasons other than medical,
school application must be endorsed by Head of Department concerned in
consultation with their teaching staff and certified by the Dean, Otherwise, a
student shall be deemed to have voluntary by absented himself/herself from the
examination. Such a student shall score an ’’F” in the course as agreed by the
senate. Only those with permission as stated above shall be allowed to take the
examination in the next available opportunity.
